Who we are:
Horticulture majors and other students with an interest in plant science. Current members' interests include nursery crop and greenhouse production, landscape design, floriculture, plant pathology, fruit and vegetable production, and viticulture.

What we do:
Monthly meetings normally involve discussion of club business, guest speakers from the horticulture industry, and food!  Activities between monthly meetings vary from apple picking at MU's research farm and day trips to Missouri's botanical gardens to plant sales and even spring break trips to Florida.  The club also participates in MACHS (Mid America Collegiate Horticulture Society) contest each spring.  Service projects include landscape clean-up at Columbia Group Homes and other projects in Columbia as well as donations to the Missouri Food Bank.

When we meet:
Monthly meetings normally fall on the second Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM.

Where we meet:
Most meetings take place in Ag 1-120.
