Membership
ADPi parents are invited to join the DiamondBackers when your daughter accepts her bid, and renew annually thereafter. Alumni parents are welcome to remain active in the club too. Membership is strictly voluntary, with all funds used for the ADPi Chapter.

The ADPi Mothers Club adopted the name DiamondBackers in 2005. Both Moms and Dads work hard to support the ADPi chapter through workdays, social events, fundraising activities and help with special requests. All activities are for the benefit of the entire chapter, not just the girls who live in the house. We hope you’ll visit our page often to see what we’re up to, join us for upcoming events, and offer YOUR help to the ADPi chapter.
DiamondBackers in Action!
Here are some of Parents Club activities for the 2006 - 2007 school year...
Our big summer purchase for the girls.... new washers! No more coin operated washers for the ADPi house. This was the girls' #1 request, and we were happy to help out.
Spirit Week BBQ - Aug 9. Geri had a great idea -- a bunch of DiamondBackers got together and had a BBQ lunch for the girls during Spirit Week. They ate every last thing that came off the grill! Thanks Geri for organizing this, and thanks to Ed Weindel, Grill Master! A good time was had by all!
Halloween and Finals Week Goody Bags - anytime we bring food or snacks, the girls really enjoy a treat from home. Thanks to Thelma Werner for doing such a good job coordinating goody bags.
Birthday Cakes delivered to the house each month to celebrate ADPi birthdays. Thanks to Patty Komula for organizing this!
Souper Sunday - December 10. We had to reschedule because of snow, but it turned out great! We brought a warm feast to the house for Sunday dinner. Thanks to all who donated a dish for this event, and to Terri Henricks and Patty Komula who championed the effort that day!
Moms Weekend - March 10 & 11. We raised just over $2600 for the chapter on our Silent Auction and other fundraisers. THANK YOU to all who donated an item and to everyone who participated. Though it was earlier than usual, the weather cooperated and everyone had a lovely weekend!
2006-2007 Chairs
We're trying something new this year. Rather than the traditional President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary roles, we have a variety of Chairs to lead each of the various tasks of the club. Here are the Chairs for 2006 - 2007.
