For current students, some links which you may find useful during the your stay in MU.
MyZou (Student Web Portal)
MyZou is up running since Fall 2007. It offers student to manage school related activities: Viewing, modifying and editing your personal information, financial aid, class enrollment, calendar, semester grades and so on.
For new students who are preparing and planning their trip to Missouir, Columbia.
Before arrive at U.S.
Passport: Your passport must be at least 6 months validity. I would rather suggest your passport has at least one year validity. If not, renew your passport before you come to U.S.
I-20: Make sure you receive your I-20 from MU before you come to school. You need this document to get in to U.S. Here is a sample of I-20.
I-94: Before entering U.S. custom, flight attendants will give non-US citizen I-94 form. You should fill in the form properly with your address during your stay in U.S. If you do not have an address, you can fill in with this address: ISSS (International Student & Scholar Service)£¬ N52 Memorial Union, Columbia, MO 65211 USA.
After arrive at U.S.
MO Express: If you arrive at Kansas city or St. Loius, you might want to reserve a seat with MOX to Columbia. If you wish someone could pick you up, you may contact any Malaysian Students currently in Columbia for availability.
Check In: All new student have to check in at ISSS (International Students Center) and Registration Office in Jesse Hall. You have to get a PIN number from registration office for class registratin and student account setup.
Student ID: Stop by ID card office located in University Bookstore - Brady Common to get your student ID.
Email account and other IAT services: Go to a computer lab look for a lab assistant or you can do it yourself setting up and activate your email account and PAWPRINT. Link.
Student Immunization Records: You have to stop by Student Health Center to turn in your immunization records, all immunuzation you have done in Malaysia, to student health center and run TB test(Tuberculosis Testing).
