Rockin’ Red Dress Poker Tournament

In February 2007, Alpha Phi hosted its 3rd annual Rockin’ Red Dress Poker Tournament. The tournament is open to all MU students, parents, friends and Columbia residents.

Through an amazing effort from all of our sisters, we raise more than $10,000 for the Alpha Phi Foundation – this was more than 50% more than what was raised the first year! Needless to say, it was a huge success, and we are already planning for this year’s philanthropy.

The grand prize was a trip to Las Vegas, and many people took home great gifts by bidding on them in our silent basket auction.

All proceeds of the event go to The Alpha Phi Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Alpha Phi International. The Alpha Phi Foundation then put the donation towards education and prevention of women's heart disease.
