Getting Here

Conference participants coming from within driving distance will probably choose to drive themselves, but there are other methods of getting to and from Columbia. The most common method for students is to fly into either St. Louis or Kansas City and take a shuttle to Columbia. There are two airport shuttles (van service) that services both Kansas City and St. Louis airports: MO-X and Tiger Air Express.

The Columbia Regional Airport (COU) is a short 15-minute drive south of the campus. Flights to Columbia Regional Airport from both St. Louis and Kansas City can cost $100 to $300 one-way. Check with your travel agent to determine if flying to Columbia is within your travel budget. Sometimes a cheaper fare can be obtained when it is part of a multiple destination itinerary.

On Campus

The conference will take place in the Bingham-Benton Ballroom in the North Tower, second floor, of Memorial Union.

The University of Missouri's Memorial Union is one of the centers of student life on campus. The building was constructed as a memorial to all of MU's students who died in the First World War. Construction was begun on Memorial Union in 1922.
