We are evaluating the quality of the educational programs offered by various MO Departments of Conservation and Natural Resources sites around the St. Louis area. In this evaluation, we are gathering data from educators and interpretive staff alike. Several evaluation techniques will be used, including an Importance-Performance Analysis to quantify areas that need improvement. We are also looking into the benefits associated with utilizing on-line survey tools (as compared to traditional paper surveys).
