Minutes for the 4/11/07 Meeting
• Pay dues to Carolina $10
• 21ST 11am Peace Park
-Teach for America: flag tournament
-$14 to register, 7/team
• Relay for Life
-Make sure to stop by, we will have music and other fun stuff
-If you would like to help setup, be there by 5:30
-You can still register online
-Dress in warm attire
-Talk to Nicole for more questions
• Venture Out: if you are participating, make sure to fill out the form ASAP. Sat 9am
-Dress appropriately
-Bring snacks or lunch
• If you would like to run for a certain office, elections are coming up soon 25th
-You have to be a paid member to run and to vote, so make sure to pay your dues
-If you are thinking about running or want to nominate someone, give Camilo an e-mail
• HALO week
o April 23rd-27th
o Events: movie night, a dance at Spanish Fly, panel discussion
o If you are interested in joiing a committee, talk to Camilo
o Heads of committees need to have their jobs done by Monday, start advertising by Wednesday
