The Fine Print
Entries into the “Swipe, Sign and Win MasterCard Debit Card Contest”, sponsored by West Community Credit Union and Tigers Credit Union (a subsidiary of West Community Credit Union), may be made via the following methods: 1) by using a Debit Card issued by West Community Credit Union or Tigers Credit Union (a subsidiary of West Community Credit Union) as a MasterCard merchant transaction. One entry per transaction. Only signature-based "credit" transactions count toward sweepstakes entries; Personal Identification Number (PIN) based transactions not included. 2) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter and win. To enter without using an authorized MasterCard Debit Card, print your name, address, and home telephone number on a 3” x 5” card and mail to: Swipe, Sign and Win Contest, 4161 Highway K, O'Fallon, MO 63368. One entry per envelope. All entries must be received by the last day of the month. Neither West Community Credit Union nor Tigers Credit Union (a subsidiary of West Community Credit Union) are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due mail entries, or those entries received after the last day of the month. No photocopies or mechanically reproduced entries accepted.  Neither West Community Credit Union nor Tigers Credit Union (a subsidiary of West Community Credit Union) is responsible for omitted or interrupted transaction data, communications, technical or mechanical malfunctions or human processing error. Limited time offer. Contest may be modified or eliminated at the discretion of West Community Credit Union. Prize of $1,000 will be awarded in a monthly drawing to one entrant, the primary account holder, chosen by random selection no later than the fifth business day of the month of August, September, October, November, December 2007, from entries from the previous month. Winner will be notified by telephone or regular
U.S. mail and may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, which must be returned to the address identified on the affidavit within fourteen (14) days of date of notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notification or any prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prize funds will be deposited electronically into the winner's checking account. In the event that winner does not have a checking account at the time of prize award, prize will be awarded in the form of a check. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names and likenesses for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received. Must be 18 years of age or older.  Employees and volunteers of West Community Credit Union or Tigers Credit Union (a subsidiary of West Community Credit Union), and their immediate family members are not eligible. Monthly winners are not eligible for the same or similar future monthly drawings for a period of 11 months. Entries from unauthorized card use or made with lost, stolen, or fraudulent debit MasterCard cards are void. Entries may be made only with purchases made with a debit MasterCard card that is in good standing (both at time of entry & winner selection).
