Building of the New Car X

The team is well underway with the building of Car X, the car that will compete in California this summer and Detriot the following summer. We have a 75% complete frame and other parts in the process of being designed and fabrictaed. Keep checking back to the website for update pictures.

Building of Car 17

Car 17 was from the 2006-2007 school year and was a completely new design for Mizzou Racing. The frame was built around a stress analysis to minimize torsion. However, the car and team suffered an accident prior to competition and were unable to compete in the FSAE West competition. Although we didn't compete we plan to fix and tune the car and enter it in the 2008 FSAE competition in Michigan.

Homecoming

The Homecoming tradition began at MU in 1891 with the rivalry between MU and Kansas. Each year the Univeristy holds a Homecoming parade through the streets of campus and extending into downtown Columbia, MO. Mizzou Racing is proud to be an addition to the parade and the observers always love seeing the cars drive loud and fast.
