Several Boone County veterans and commemorative organizations such as the Railsplitters, featuring WWII vehicles, and the Boone County Fire District Pipe and Drum Band will join Mizzou cadets and midshipmen in the parade and at the Courthouse ceremony. 11:00am The Ceremony Category : Ceremonies & Traditions A short ceremony will be held honoring veterans of the Armed Forces of the United States, past and present. The ceremony will feature Lieutenant Colonel Ronald L.
