Article VII: Executive Board

Article A. The Executive Board is responsible for conducting the operations, setting the policies and procedures, and programming for Sustain Mizzou in accordance with its Constitution and mission statement.
B. All elected officers shall serve on the executive board.
C. All elected officers are required to attend executive board meetings and full Sustain Mizzou meetings and hold two office hours a week.
D. The duties of each officer shall be:

President:
-Oversee compliance with ORG, IRS
-Write and send out the newsletter
-Represent Sustain Mizzou to: EAC, MU Recycling, MSA
-Plan and preside over general and executive meetings
-Focus on leadership development and overall mission fulfillment
-Serve as primary agent of Sustain Mizzou

Vice President of Administration:
-Serve as primary contact: reserve rooms, reserve tables
-Office Management (make sure the office is clean and that 8 office hours a week are performed)
-Answers generic interest emails generated by ORG listing
-Plan new officer orientation for any new officers

Vice President of Communications:
-Add people to the list serve
-Assist Publicity Chair, Website chair, Notebooks Chair, Footprint Chair

Vice President of Programming:
-Assist project chairs with community service, education, and action projects (Tiger Tailgate, RecycleMania, Local Food Drive, Stream Team, Bike Fair, etc.)
-Keep track of volunteer hours
-Plan 2 potlucks a year

Treasurer:
-Keep and file all receipts
-Oversee accounts and reimbursements
-Prepare ORG budgets
-Prepare year end financial report
-Arrange food for meetings

Secretary:
-Put together schedules of each Executive Board member each semester and get executive meeting times setup
-Keep attendance at meetings
-Take notes at Sustain Mizzou general and executive meetings and send to exec board
-Maintain calendar of Sustain Mizzou activities
