Interested in Going Greek? Consider Zeta!

The Alpha Psi Chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha is a great group of girls with a variety of talents. We hope that you'll consider joining our family after going through formal recruitment in August or during informal recruitment taking place throughout the year. If you are interested in joining Zeta and cannot go through "formal" recruitment, please contact Tara Mueth, our Recruitment Chair.

Here is a preview of what you have to look forward to during Formal Recruitment in August:

Open House Day - "Go Greek" (1st Day of Formal Recruitment): On 16 social day, potential members go to every house in Greektown to see what greek life is all about. At Zeta, the potiential members will get to meet 3-4 girls within the 25 minutes set aside for each social.

Sisterhood Day- (Skit Theme In the Process of Being Written!) (2nd Day of Formal Recruitment): On 9 social day potential members will meet more members of Zeta, see our skit, and take a house tour.

Philanthropy Day- "Think Pink" (3rd Day of Formal Recruitment): Otherwise known as 5 social day, this is the day where Zeta focuses on our National Philanthropy: Breast Cancer Education, Awareness and Research. We show a video about our Philanthropy and talk about all of the other activities we are involved in. Preference Day- "Preference Day" (4th Day of Formal Recruitment): Also known as 3 social day, a more serious tone is set as we focus on sisterhood and what it truly means to be a Zeta. During our ceremony girls sing, share stories, and show what Zeta means to them.

Bid Day- (The Big Reveal!): Girls recieve their bid cards at the Quad. As part of our tradition, Zeta seniors are there to greet them and bring the new members back to the house where the rest of the house is anxiously awaiting them. Group pictures and a meal at the house make it a great ending to an exciting week!
